Adult & Teen Challenge of Moodus, CT, performed and gave testimony Aug 18 at the Sherman Church worship service and later at the Sherman Town Beach pavilion. Director Wayne Gallagher played guitar, and his wife, Yvette, played keyboard. Despite the pouring rain, the men sang praise songs and related their journey to sobriety. They enjoyed a huge grinder from IGA and homemade cookies for dessert. Thank you to the Missions Committee for providing the lunch for them.
